Bright rooms, modern furniture, and tasteful decor immediately create an atmosphere where you’ll feel completely at home.<br><br>You can relax wonderfully, especially on the beautiful balcony, which offers a picturesque view of the mudflats! Reading a good book here or letting the sun shine on your face is pure relaxation!!<br><br>There’s also plenty of space to relax inside the apartment! The living area, featuring a sofa nook, TV, radio, and stereo system, is perfect for cosy film nights; the large dining table is ideal for fun board games; and two separate bedrooms offer pleasant places to retreat.<br><br>For easy self-catering during your holiday on Juist, the modern kitchen features, among other things, a 4-burner induction stove, an oven, and a dishwasher, as well as various small appliances (coffee maker, blender, kettle, etc.). Cooking together here is a real treat!<br><br>One of the bedrooms has a double bed, while the other has two single beds (2x 90 x 200 cm; 2x 80 x 190 cm). To make the holiday rental appealing to people with allergies, the bedding is filled with synthetic materials, and the floors are covered with PVC or wood-look flooring. <br><br>Additionally, the apartment is handicap-accessible and wheelchair-friendly, featuring an lift and a walk-in shower.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, and air conditioning ensure even greater comfort during your holiday!
