August 2025: Große Wohnung mit viel Platz und kleiner, aber praktischer Küche. Großer Balkon und herrliche Terrasse mit Süd-West-Blick. Gute Outdoormöbel inkl. stabilem Sonnenschirm. Sehr entspannend und ruhig, bei zentraler Nähe zum Ort und zu Strand und Meer sowieso.

Ausgezeichnete Lage
Die Einrichtung ist etwas altmodisch, was schon wieder einen gewissen Charme hat. Die winzige Küche haben wir nur zum Kaffee- und Teekochen benutzt. Die Terrasse mit einem super Ausblick konnten wir nutzten. Wir waren zufrieden.

Heut zu Tage in einer Ferienwohnung kein WLAN zu haben ist schon ein No Go, sollte auf jeden Fall in der Objektbeschreibung erwähnt werden, damit man vorbereitet ist.
Wohnungsausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Lage der Wohnung und Dachterrasse sehr gut, auch wenn Terrassenmöbel ein wenig Pflege brauchen
Durch den Teppichboden nichts für Allergiker.
Lage der Wohnung macht einiges wieder gut, da alles gut erreichbar. Die Insel Wangerooge ist immer eine Reise wert, der Aufenthalt auf der Insel selber hat uns gut gefallen

an sich schöne Fewo mit großer Terrasse, aber
der Teppichboden erheblich (durch Teer?) verschmutzt. Das müßte bei der Übergabe festgestellt werden! Schöne Terrasse aber nur 1 Liege. Schirmständer defekt. Duschbefestigung defekt (war bereits ein Warnzettel angebracht), Knopf der WC-Spülung defekt. Insgesamt gewisser Renovierungsbedarf!

Der Teppich weist tatsächlich leider Flecken auf, deren Herkunft uns unbekannt sind, die sich aber leider auch nicht entfernen lassen. Hierzu sind wir schon mit den Eigentümern der Wohnung in Kontakt.
Wir haben auch Ihre weiteren Hinweise zur Wohnung aufgenommen und werden diese entsprechend weitergeben bzw. die Mängel entsprechend beheben.
