Die Wohnlage direkt am Wald ist insbesondere für Hundebesitzer sehr empfehlenswert. Zum Südstrand sind es nur ca. 400 m und zum Nordstrand ca. 1,1 km mit ca. 30 Höhenmeter. Am Hundestrand hat man, wenn man will, den ganzen Tag Schatten. Die ersten 10 bis 20 m zum Wasser sind durchgängig in der Sonne. Der Strand ist sauber und wird überwiegend von allen genutzt, also nicht nur von Hundebesitzern. Es ist zudem nicht so überfüllt wie der Rest des Strandes.

Schönes, sauberes Haus in einer tollen und ruhigen Lage direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. Das Stadtzentrum von Göhren erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten. Zum Erholen und Abschalten genau die richtige Location.
