Our comfortable "Lee" holiday rental offers 82 m² of spacious living area, perfect for a relaxing family holiday for up to five people. You’ll find a living/dining room, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children’s room with two single beds, a sleeping area in the form of a wall-mounted fold-down bed in the hallway (0.90 m × 2 m), an open kitchen with a dining area, a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, and an additional guest bathroom.<br><br>For cosy family time, the living area is equipped with a sofa corner and a modern flat-screen TV, among other amenities. <br><br>Sunshine and fresh North Sea air ensure wonderful moments of relaxation during your holiday on Borkum! The “Lee” holiday rental features a south-facing terrace where you can relax in complete privacy. You’re also welcome to use the building’s small communal garden, which includes a permanent grill area.<br><br>The fully equipped kitchen ensures a comfortable self-catering experience. Among other things, you’ll find a stove with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.<br><br>Free rollaway beds and high chairs for children can be provided.<br><br>This holiday rental offers Wi-Fi—also at no additional cost.<br><br>A washing machine and dryer are located in the house’s annex and are shared among guests.<br><br>A separate storage area is available for bicycles. The town centre, with its many shopping options, as well as clinics and a public car park, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The island’s train station is also in the immediate vicinity. The “Strandhaus” boasts an exceptional location that’s particularly worth mentioning. The beach is just 50 metres away, and its magnificent dunes invite you to take long walks. The main beach and the promenade, with its numerous restaurants, are just a few minutes’ walk away.<br><br>About the house:<br><br>This family-friendly holiday home offers four high-quality, non-smoking apartments for two to five people. The apartments range in size from 48 to 88 m² and each features a terrace or balcony. From all apartments, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the dunes and the Borkum lighthouse. In the “Luv” and “Lee” apartments, located on the ground floor, you’re welcome to bring your beloved dog. From the upper apartment, “Backbord,” you can even see the ocean surf.<br><br>Amenities:<br><br>All apartments feature free Wi-Fi and large TVs in both the living rooms and bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchens include a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop, and a microwave.
