Country House 'Santa Matilde Málaga' with Sea Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

At Finca Santa Matilde, you will find 3 houses with a total capacity for 14 people, offering sea and mountain views, a pool, barbecue, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a garden. A vehicle is essential. Free parking is available in the garden. Access from the entrance of the property to the houses is via a rustic, unpaved, unlit, and sloped 300-meter path. Taxis do not use this road.



Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. Parties, celebrations, loud music, disturbances, and noisy behavior are not permitted. Only guests included in the reservation may stay on the property and use its facilities.



The outdoor pool is not heated and is open from April 1 to October 31, from 9:00 to 21:00. Free fiber optic Wi-Fi is suitable for remote work. Sustainable air conditioning is available in bedrooms and the living room, and the garden has drip irrigation.



The estate is private and agricultural, dedicated to mango and avocado cultivation on a hillside. There are 3 rental houses and another where the owners live, surrounded by gardens, farmland, and wildlife, close to the beaches and city center.



House sizes: 85, 90, and 58 m², with maximum capacities of 5, 5, and 4 people respectively, for a total of 14 guests. All houses are bright and have exterior windows, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, and washing machine.



House 1 & 2: Each has 2 bedrooms (one with a 150 cm queen bed, another with 2-3 single beds of 90 cm), a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Cot and high chair available on request. 40-inch TV with satellite channels.



House 3: Two bedrooms (one with a 150 cm bed, another with 2 beds of 90 cm), a bathroom with shower, and a 40-inch TV with satellite channels.



All houses have private furnished terraces with barbecue, bed linen, and bath towels included.
