Neues, gemütliches Haus in (aktuell noch) kahler Umgebung

Das Haus ist neu und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man findet alle Utensilien zum Kochen vor. Die Betten sind bequem, der Wohnbereich gemütlich. Lediglich die Umgebung ist derzeit noch nicht berauschend, da sich das Haus in einem Baugebiet befindet und noch gebaut wird. Es sind auch keine Gärten angelegt, so dass die ganze Umgebung etwas trostlos ist (es gibt beispielsweise auch keinen Baum oder Strauch in diesem Neubaugebiet). Nächstes Jahr sieht das vielleicht schon ganz anders aus...

Hallo Herr K. vielen Dank für diese gute Bewertung. Die Außenanlagen sind, wie Sie auch richtig umschrieben haben, noch ganz frisch angelegt.
