- Se encuentran más de 10 cajones sobre la avenida MAdero.
- Te puedes estacionar si hay algún cajón libre.
Acceso al estacionamiento del edificio:
- El acceso esta controlado por una caseta de seguridad
- Es necesario subir rampas para estacionarse en los cajones
GENERAL AIRBNB RULES
It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.
No loud volume, especially after 10 pm. There will be a fine upon the first warning.
Only registered guests and notified visitors will be allowed access.
Parties are prohibited, and wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
There will be a charge for towels and/or sheets in case they get stained with makeup or any other substance.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
Only park in the designated spot.
Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
No pets allowed. If they are service animals, documentation must be provided.
Keys and/or cards must be left in the location indicated by the host.
There will be an additional charge if electricity consumption is exceeded.
BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES
The use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
Follow the rules for each amenity, which are indicated in the folder inside the apartment and shown in the listing photos.
Barbecue grills and study rooms are not available for Airbnb guests.
Common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.
Guests must maintain respectful behavior and actions toward neighbors and security guards.
FINES
Violating any rule from both regulations may result in fines starting at $2,000 MXN.
Damage and/or loss of linens, furniture, and inventory: Replacement or repair cost + 25% of the value for management fees.
Additional cleaning for excessive dirt, fabric stains, and/or smoking inside the property: Starting at $1,500 MXN.
Property damage: Material cost + Labor cost + cost of the nights blocked for repairs.
Loss of keys and/or cards: Replacement or repair cost + 25% of the value for management fees.
