Fantastic apartment with all you need just out your door.
A very nice apartment! Not new, but very well taken care of and thought out for guests. We took the stairs, but there is a slow elevator as well. Grocery, Pharmacy, bakery, restaurants and tram right out your door. Only a 15 minute walk to old town Dresden, or take a tram for less than 10 mins to get there. Impressive public transport here!
There are the typical noises here for living inner city, but the apartment is surprisingly soundproof. We felt safe here and thoroughly enjoyed this apartment. Highly recommend it!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gelangt man bequem überall hin. Möglichkeiten zum Essen gibt es unzählige in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Mitten im Szeneviertel
Großzügige, sonnige Wohnung mitten im Szeneviertel von Dresden.Alles was man täglich brauch befindet sich in direkter Nähe. Trotzdem sehr ruhig. Gute Lage um im Umland Wanderungen etc. zu unternehmen. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

Schöne Tage in Dresden
Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Drei Schlafzimmer (mit bequemen Betten, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen) und zwei Badezimmer sind schon klasse. Das Wohnzimmer mit TV ist sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wir konnten dort gemütlich frühstücken.
Und dann noch ein Balkon, das hat den Rauchern unter uns gefallen.
Die Lage der Wohnung in der Neustadt ist super, zu Fuß sowohl in der Neustadt bummeln als auch zur Altstadt laufen, kein Problem. Darüber hinaus 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof Neustadt.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und auch der Empfang in der Wohnung lief reibungslos, unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.
Es hätte insgesamt ein klein wenig sauberer sein können, aber nicht wirklich ein Grund zum Beklagen.
Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit in Dresden in einer sehr schönen, geräumigen und dennoch gemütlichen Altbauwohnung.
