Quiet 58 m² Holiday Rental: Our newly renovated holiday rental, with 58 m² of living space on the ground floor, accommodates 1–4 people. The cosy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a Swedish wood-burning stove, invites you to relax even on cold days. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, electric kettle, and toaster, has everything you need. You can enjoy your meals together at the seating area in front of the Swedish stove. The holiday rental features 1 bedroom with a double bed and enough space for a cot. The charming bathroom features a bathtub with a shower screen. On the landing in front of the entrance door, you’ll find a romantic covered seating area with a view of the “ Hof.In ” and the entire apartment, and you can use free Wi-Fi on the landing. The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor patio. An idyllic seating area in the garden invites you to relax. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM; check-out is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. If you plan to arrive much later, please give us a quick call to let us know. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. A security deposit of 100.00 euros is required upon arrival. Pets are not allowed. Please note, however, that there are animals in the house. The beds are made, and towels are provided for you (all made of organic cotton).
