The villa is very comfortable and spacious with a super view out to sea The first floor terrace is

Pros: The villa is very comfortable and spacious with a super view out to sea The first floor terrace is a sun-trap whereas downstairs is in the shade but there is another sunny terrace by the pool If the weather is poor there’s a full games room and a big TV with many UK & European channels plus Wifi The kitchen is well equipped with everything from a dishwasher to an electric orange squeezer including a big ice-making fridge Nearby is an excellent supermarket with a wide range of Spanish as well as more familiar foods Many of the restaurants in town have good lunchtime deals but even at night they are not expensive with many within walking distance The two main beaches which have life-guards are close to the villa and others just a short drive away Not more than about an hour are many other places to see or visit both seaside and inland It is a very happy place to spend a couple of weeks

Pros: The property is in a quiet secluded location but convenient for the coastline and a number of bars and restaurants The villa itself is immaculately presented and to a high specification. It is very well equipped with a large swimming pool set in a beautiful garden with views to the sea The villa has WiFi surround sound TV with DVD,satellite and 'high end' sound equipment There is a very well equipped games room in the basement which suits children of all ages (even adult ones) The bedrooms are light and airy with the two top floor ones having good views to the sea There are two terraces,one open and the other covered,both with good views to the sea The covered terrace offers comfortable chairs an outside dining area and a good quality barbecue The villa is close to a wide selection of restaurants, handy for supermarkets and convenient for all of the activities available in Moraira In conclusion, it is an immaculate and luxurious villa, well located in a tranquil area amongst similar properties yet close to the sea and convenient for access to amenities in Moraira We had a most enjoyable stay

Pros: Heerlijk verblijf aan de rand van Moraira, rustig maar toch vlak bij centrum en het strand. Woning met alles erop en eraan; heerlijk zwembad, lekker (overdekt) terras, veel groen rondom, volledig ingerichte keuken en ruime slaapkamers. Het is heerlijk slapen met airco bij 22-24 grd. buiten. Ook genieten van de game room (tafeltennis, darts en biljart). Goede service voor onderhoud zwembad.
