Newly remodeled townhome in Pensacola Beach

Enjoy this newly renovated, Five Star Reviewed townhome located at the quiet end of Pensacola Beach. Relax on the back deck in the afternoon with direct views of Pensacola Sound or enjoy your coffee in the morning overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. San Deluna 18 is just a short walk to sitting on either beach. The complex San Deluna is a smaller private complex and offers a brand new pool (March 2026), hot tub and tennis courts. The unit has just been remodeled with a relaxed coastal modern decor and is fully functional for a short or long term stay. All the items necessary to enjoy your stay are included: coolers, paddle boards, bikes, beach chairs, and umbrellas all there for your personal use. The unit has a large king bedroom with an attached bathroom. The queen bedroom also has an attached bathroom and additional twin daybed. All rooms have new wall mounted TV's. There is a new sleeper sofa and half bath downstairs. The washer and dryer are located on the main floor. Contact me with any questions. We would love to have you stay! Alisha and Patrick

This condo is a family favorite of ours! Have been staying here for years! Perfect amount of space and includes everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Beach cart, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, paddle boards, coolers, etc! & to top it off the condo complex just put in a brand new pool that feels like you’re at a resort! Will continue to stay here for years to come! Thank you Alisha for the hospitality!

Owner was very responsive. The new pool and pool area is very nice! We've stayed at SDL for over 30 years and this is one of the nicer units. It is a bit pricey but everything is more expensive these days!

We are Patrick and Alisha. Currently, we reside in Arkansas but have moved around quite a bit. We love to travel and have always loved our time spent in Pensacola Beach. We love being a host to share our space with other families in hopes they love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We love San De Luna and it's location. We love the views and access to the beach/sound. It is on the quiet end of Pensacola Beach so not as busy but still easily accessible to restaurants/shopping by bikes or the trolly.
