Es ist prima und modern ausgestattet, hat eine schöne Terrasse mit Garten und vor allem einen großen Swimming-Pool (7m x 4m). Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Rovinj, eine der schönsten Städte Istriens, ist auf geradem Weg in etwa 12 km zu erreichen. Als Strand zu empfehlen sind die Strände um den Naturpark "Zlatni Rt" südlich des Stadtkerns. Aufgrund der Felsen und Steine sind Badeschuhe empfehlenswert.
