This stunning mountain home is conveniently located in lower Tahoe Donner close to downtown Truckee and HOA amenities. Featuring a beautiful stone patio with a private hot tub and dramatic mountain views, this home is a powderhound's dream! After a day on the slopes, come home to a hot soak and take in the mesmerizing alpenglow over Mt. Rose. In the summer, soak up the sun on one of three decks. If you enjoy a good movie night, you're going to love the extensive DVD collection. This home is great for families or multiple couples. With three suites and two TV rooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay.



Experience everything Tahoe Donner has to offer! Hit the slopes at the local ski hill, or make the trip to Northstar, Squaw Valley, or Alpine Meadows resorts for a day of downhill skiing or snowboarding. This home is close to several amenities the whole family will love. Take a trip into downtown Truckee to browse the local shops, find the perfect souvenir for your trip, or dine at one of many local restaurants. In the summer, spend your days at Donner Lake where you can take in the breathtaking landscapes or participate in some adventurous water sports. With the provided passes, guests may also access a variety of amenities at the Tahoe Donner Recreation Center and the Trout Creek Recreation Center including pools, sports courts, and fitness centers.



*Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.

Family Thanksgiving Getaway

This home is well appointed, excellent and fully equipped kitchen, spacious with plenty of space for 1-2 families. We really enjoyed our weekend here with the gorgeous views. We also enjoyed the patio off the family room/kitchen for outside dining! We would absolutely come back again.

Spacious vacation home

Great house for 10 people and really appreciated being able to bring our dog too. The great room area is well appointed with a gorgeous view on a quiet street. Only downside is we weren’t able to reach a property manager at all. Fortunately we had a minor not a major issue.

Extraordinary Tahoe-Donner

We Loved being able to have the family together. There was enough room for everyone. There were plenty of bathrooms and washers and dryers on both floors. The garage door was tight, so getting the car in and out was difficult. We could not use garage openers or lock codes in the garage walk-in door.
