Set right on the rippling, crystal clear waters of Donner Lake and boasting 180-degree panoramic views of the mountains to the south, this wonderful, two-story vacation rental offers an extremely comfortable and serene location for the perfect family vacation! Enjoy plentiful sunshine throughout the year both inside and out while you prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a five-burner gas range. Dine together indoors at the breakfast bar, at the cozy kitchen table, or al fresco out on the deck complete with a gas grill for summertime cookouts. And in the evenings, settle into the inviting living area warmed by a wood-burning stove and stream your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen TV. Back outside, discover 50-feet of easy access, a private waterfront and dock, perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle-boarding. Fireplace will be out of service as long as this message is on the listing. There is alternative heat in the home.



For your convenience, there is a market directly across the street for essentials as well as Donner Lake Kitchen, one of Truckee's most popular breakfast restaurants. Guests will also find community tennis and basketball courts at West End Beach, a 10-acre recreational park, just a little over two miles west.

* Use of the dock is at your own risk. The dock is available for access to the waterfront only. Boats may not be kept or moored at the dock.



Please note: Guests must not swim to the right (west) side of the dock, as this is the designated swimming area for the neighboring property. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our neighbors' private waterfront area.

Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $200 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.
