Please note that check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The property has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. Parking is available on-site. As this home is located in the Tahoe area, you may encounter local wildlife. The minimum age for guests is 25. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not permitted.
