Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Great location.

Easy access to the beach. Sunsets are stunning. The grounds are nice. Whole Foods just across the street. Nice restaurants within walking distance. The unit itself was very clean but the furniture was dated and carpets old. It met our needs, had a wonderful time in Lakeland.

A bit disappointing

Size and location great. Decor, carpet, etc outdated. Queen bed in master horribly uncomfortable. Broken chairs, screen door, utensils missing or in poor shape. One wine glass. Torn carpet in main level. We didn’t realize it didn’t come with the hotel amenities like fresh towels. If you want more or clean towels, you have to walk to the main hotel and do laundry, despite the fact the condo has hook ups. Not how we want to spend vacation time. Maybe a new policy? We’ve stayed at Lakeland many times over the past years, the play dry thing was a first.

Great location, plenty of space for 4, good communication re: access. home was tidy and clean. would have been nice to not have to bring oil, spices, etc. and a few more cooking items would be nice, but overall a straight forward and great place to stay.
