Step out on the balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.



Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

And a larger/app compatible TV in the living area would be awesome. The bedroom TVS were great but being able to use apps In the living room would be excellent.

Great spot!

Excellent location for a group. Beach access was amazing. Loved the hard wood floors and interior design of the place. Bedrooms in basement were key since there is no AC. Appreciated all the fans. The living room and loft get super hot in afternoon/evening. would be great if the sky lights get remote-controlled shades to reduce heat and let the loft-sleeper sleep in.
