Tahoe Donner guest passes allow four people per pass to access the recreation facilities, for a total of eight people. A $16 fee per person/per day will apply. Children under the age of seven (7) are free.



*Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.

*No excessive noise and/or trash

*All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week

STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:
