This property was perfect for our family getaway! Everyone was entertained and had plenty of space! Super clean and the property manager’s customer service was outstanding! Will definitely stay here again and sharing this experience with others.
We like the property and the kids really enjoy the pool table and large family room downstairs. We would really like to have a larger gas BBQ on the patio and several of the throw rugs throughout the home really need to be replaced.
It was nice to have the pool table and hot tub to keep everyone occupied. If you had a pull out couch in the basement or a rollaway that bathroom would be better utilized.
We have had some dumpers the last few VRBO stays, but this one made me so happy I teared up when we walked in. The listing was correct, nothing was photoshopped or misrepresented. It was so clean, lots of directions, clear list of expectations, and everything worked perfectly! Fridge was cold, water was hot, hot tub was clean, beds were clean, space was functional. You’re very close to the club house and can easily walk over even with coolers and toys. Four adults, three kids, plenty of options for lounging and playing. We would love to return! No complaints at all.

Great place. Pool table and hot tub make for a relaxing day after the slopes.
Great condo. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient to slopes, shopping and dining.
Pool table was loads of fun. Hot tub was refreshing after a day on the slopes. Tastefully decorated. Bedrooms and baths were comfortable.
Recommendations.
Not sure why the check in details couldn't be emailed in advance as everything is accessed via a code. Had to drive past the condo and then drive back. 30 minutes?
There was not enough lighting above the pool table. Minor, considering the fun.
It would be nice if there was a ski room or area in the garage for ski equipment including boot dryer. Just a thought.
GREAT Stay! THANKS. Charlotte, NC

Phenomenal House
I rent from VRBO often and this is one of the best homes we have ever rented. It was so spacious (much too big for four of us) and we wish we had stayed at least one more night. We loved every room and all the wood accents. The pool table was definitely the focal point of our stay. We spent many of hours playing. Only downside was the lighting over the pool table was poor. We also did not arrive to town until after 6 p.m. The office closed at 5 p.m. and we literally had to get a code from a nightbox at the office in town (not at the development) which could have just as easily been emailed to me. Also, all information about the rental (address and key-less entry codes) were displayed on the front of the envelope in the nightbox. There were several other envelopes for other people to pick up, again with all their entry info easily displayed. Anyone could have taken a picture of the info and then have gained access to the house. We did not think that was very secure. The next morning we then had to drive back to town to "sign in" and be given the pool key. Thus, we did not have the opportunity to use the pool the night we arrived or the next morning. It was a key-less entry so unsure why the added step to go to town and why they could not leave the pool key in the home. Other than the sign-in process, we loved the house.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Don't Focus on the Pool Table as the Deciding Factor to Pick This Rental
I will say up front that the overall accommodations met my expectations. If this listing either fixes the pool table or does not make it a prominent feature of the rental, I would give them 5 stars. I would also recommend that the parking description be more accurate. To get the parking feedback out of the way before moving on to the pool table, the description for the parking is 2 cars in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There are locked cabinets in the garage that take up space so anything larger than a sedan will not fit. I had a full size SVU that was too long to fit in the garage, even at an angle. The driveway is also not wide enough to fit 2 full size vehicles because of the snow piles. As for the pool table, that was what stood out when I rented the place. The condition of the table and cues were horrible. I have been to some seedy dive bars and have never seen a table in such bad condition. The front and rear bumpers were completed crumbled. It was more like bean bags on each end, instead of bumpers. There were plenty of cues in the racks and closet but all but 2 had missing tips or the sticks were broken. The 2 with tips were warped. The lighting was also very poor above the table. The light is a 3-bulb ceiling mount style that is at least 15 ft high, and one bulb was burnt out. I looked at the previous reviews and see that there is a trend on the pool table conditions. In January 2018, Will M. mentioned that there wasn't enough light above the pool table. The host acknowledged that they would see that they could do about the lighting over the pool table. Again, in June 2018, Tina C. also mentioned the poor lighting. The host did respond to the overall review but did not mention the lighting. In November 2021, Morgan N. commented, "Only let down was the pool table, which was a selling point for us - the pool table needs some love: it needs new bumpers, new felt, pool sticks (tops were missing or not in good condition) and it was not level, was not able to enjoy playing like we planned". Finally, in February 2022, Denise E. mentioned that the pool table and cues still needed some repairs. I'm sure this review will come across as petty, but I do feel it is worth pointing out.
Condo was really nice for our group of 6 who came to ski Park City/Canyons. Nice sleeping arrangements, space, storage. Location was great too. Kitchen was well appointed, but could use a crock pot for ski dinners! and the pool table/cues need some repairs.
We loved staying here, its accomidating to everyone and close enough to everything in Park City. Very clean and the check in/out process was super easy. Loved having a hot tub on the deck, it was super clean and well managed. There was lots of room to be all together or do your own thing. Only let down was the pool table, which was a selling point for us - the pool table needs some love: it needs new bumpers, new felt, pool sticks (tops were missing or not in good condition) and it was not level, was not able to enjoy playing like we planned, but everything else was awesome. Lots of stairs, be aware of that if you have to carry a toddler around haha. TV in the family room downstairs did not work, but that did not put a damper on our stay. Thank you for letting our family enjoy this home!!
We and I had a great time at this location! Check in & check out was very simple, neighbors were friendly, house is well taken care of, & the pool table kept us entertain for awhile! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Not happy with the experience.
The best thing about this condo is the management company responds quickly.
The problems:
- The furnaces weren't working upon arrival. It took maintenance almost an hour to get them running.
- Early on the first morning the carbon monoxide alarm went off sending everyone outside into the cold. The cause wasn't decisively diagnosed so we were asked to stop using the clothes dryer.
- The garage couldn't accommodate our midsize vehicle. We had to park it in the driveway where muddy water from the balcony dripped on it all night.
- The garage is apparently for compact cars. The ad claims there is parking for 4 vehicles; Two in the driveway, two in the garage.
- The spa on the balcony is very small. It couldn't accommodate our group.
- The furniture and decor are fairly dated. Average at best.

Great place! Just a few fixes needed.
This was a beautiful home and really showed it’s character from the entrance to the top floor. The entertainment systems were a little outdated but if you’re planning on going sight seeing, who cares!
