The place was great. Good location and well-maintained. Only feedback would be to bring your own coffee. There are two coffee makers in the unit but no coffee. The hot tub was broken during our stay so we didn’t get to check it out. ☹️ Would stay here again though.

Thank you for your honest review, and we are happy you enjoyed your stay. We want our guests to be able to use all the amenities offered, and we are sad the hot tub is unavailable. We will follow up with the appropriate parties to address and make the home ready for the next guests. We are also sorry that there is no coffee, as it is part of our safety measures not to provide any food items. We humbly ask for your kind understanding, and we hope to host you again and impress you better.
The unit is in a great location with an easy walk or bus ride to main street in Park City. The unit was clean and well laid out and comfy for two. It's also closely located to Park City Resort. The challenges with this unit included the garage parking, the entry ways are tight and off angled making it difficult to park bigger vehicles. The hot tub is offline for the summer season, this was a bummer. On the bright side the staff at Vacasa was responsive.

Tge hot tub stopped working. The bathroom sink backs up every night while we are sleeping with no use at all and fills the bowl

Tyler, thank you for being our guest and taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry you encountered maintenance issues that detracted from your visit. Please know that we have a robust local staff and a manager on duty after hours, as well as maintenance technicians. They would have been happy to remedy your concerns had they been reported. Our local manager assured us that they notified the HOA of the hot tub issue and they promptly repaired it. The sink/drain issue has also been resolved. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.
Needed a place to stay 2 nights prior to meetings in Salt Lake and wanted to see Park City. Very clean condo and convenient to everything in Park City area. Found parking spot each night and felt safe. Only complaint is that the door code should be shorter and easier to remember. Had to get phone out to punch in long code, not good if carrying in items.

Location was perfect for skiing trip. It is right next to parking lot and very easy (3-4 minute) walk to slopes. Property had everything you need, and I would go back. It was slightly dated. Pullout bed was better than most for teenage child. Recommend adding a hair dryer and cookie sheet. It would be nice to have some basics (sugar, cream). I did appreciate having laundry and dish pods. Parking was confusing at first, but very nice when you realize it is below the unit and indoor (just need to read instructions before you get there!)
Highlight is location, easy walk to lifts.
Unit is clean. Appears to be used mainly as a rental property, under care of a professional management company.
Couple negatives. Lacking in sound proofing, could easily hear neighbors though everyone was respectful while we were there.
Water heater is 40 gallons and electric, so a little hard for a family of 4 to take consecutive showers.
For anyone planning on cooking, fyi, zero basic cooking ingredients ie salt, sugar, oil. Has a keurig and standard coffee maker (but no coffee filters).
