Pretty nice.
Nice little place. We were really bummed and felt a little mislead that the sauna and hot tub were closed.

This place is so quiet and peaceful, you can find everything you need for cooking, good light and the balcony is a plus .
I had the best sleep there , I found it very interesting that I had a good dream there that I usually is not a case for me when I go to new places , specially the couch that my partner and I named it dream couch because I had awesome dreams when I slept on it .

Good for the price
The good parts -
It was clean. For the price it is a pretty good value. The location is good - use the free shuttle service to get around the Canyons area. You could walk to the Cabriolet gondola, but its about a 8-10 minutes walk down a pretty big hill. The outdoor pool and hot tub are great.
Not so good - the bed and pullout sofa bed.

Hi David, Thank you for your review, and we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback. It is good to know that you find this home clean and have paid a fair price for your stay. We apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay with us. We take guest feedback seriously and have forwarded this information to the Local Operations Manager so they can address your concerns and provide a resolution. We are hoping for another opportunity to host you for a truly exceptional experience.
We’ve stayed in Red Pines a number of times. This time it was just two of us so we went with a one bedroom and no AC. We weren’t there often so the no AC worked out just fine. Windows open in the evening made it pleasant.
Front screen door needs to be replaced. All in all a great location for our trip and sufficed our needs. Simple.
Staying here was a wonderful experience. The property manager was very communicative and helpful. Super comfortable space for the two of us. We like to cook dinner and appreciate a goodnights sleep/comfortable bed. The walk to and from the little gondola is no different than any of the other condo or townhome properties in the area we have stayed in the past. If you don’t want to walk up the hill at the end of the day, you can park for a free in the lot where the gondola is. Super easy! We skied every day then so appreciate the less than 10 minute commute either to the grocery store from canyons - or to Park city base restaurants from canyons. Thank you!
This place is nice. The unit could be updated, but no complaints from me. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was clean and well-kept. I would add a Garbage Disposal. The walk down the road to the Cabriolet Parking Lot Lift is a bit far in ski boots. You could do it in regular shoes or snowboard boots. We drove to the lift daily since it was free to park and easier. The gas fireplace heats the living room. I would stay here again.
1. Doors to the bedroom need to be planed / sanded. They need to be forced to close and make noise when opening and end up waking up people sleeping in the bedroom.2. There was no Kleenex or body lotion. These are a minimum requirement in most lodgings.3. The pilot light in the fireplace went out three times during our stay and we had to restart it. Luckily the directions were clear, but you have to get on your belly to execute the restart.4. The mattress in the bedroom was VERY soft.5. The top of the wooden cabinet in the bathroom supporting the sink needs to be sanded and refinished. The varnish has warn off and the bare wood is getting wet.6. Quiet hours are supposed to be after 10pm, however we had people above us that came in at 2am and 1am several nights and made a lot of noise. The owner of the unit above A3 should be notified. On the plus side, the kitchen was very nice to cook in and the location is fantastic.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the doors, the wood top in the bathroom, and the bed comfort. We truly appreciate your input! We have several improvements planned for the property once the ski season is over, and we will make sure our maintenance team can assist with the door to our best abilities. While we don’t provide body lotion or Kleenex, we do supply paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, garbage bags, dish soap, dish tabs, and a variety of linens and towels. There may be other minor start-up supplies we haven’t mentioned, but we strive to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. Regarding the pilot light, we have a vendor scheduled to come this month to fix the issue, though we couldn’t get someone in sooner due to high demand. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, as fireplace vendors are often in short supply at this time of year, and we rely on them for parts and servicing, which sometimes causes delays. We thank you for your understanding and hope to see you again soon.
Everything about the place is great for the moneyThe location is epic. The pool was great as was the hot tub. It’s really hard to beat for the price. The buildings are old and could use some upkeep on the outside, but the inside is great.Definitely not the Taj Mahal, but who wants to stay there anyway?
