Property: Our holiday home is located about 100 metres from Lake Eder on a hill, offering a wonderful view of the lake that you can enjoy in nice weather from both the garden terrace and the large balcony.
In the fall and winter, enjoy the wonderful view through our large panoramic windows while sipping a hot cup of tea in a cosy reading chair or enjoying coffee and cake in our spacious kitchen-dining area.
Enjoy the absolute peace and quiet and watch deer, foxes, and hares right outside your front door. Our house is ideal for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and are looking for a time to relax.
You can also relax in our outdoor sauna, which you can use year-round for a flat-rate energy fee. Bed linens and towels are not included in the price but can be added as optional extras for an additional fee.
Swedish-style chalet on Lake Eder:
Our Swedish-style house features a large living room with a reading nook, satellite TV, and a pull-out sofa bed; a comfortable kitchen-living room with an oven, ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher; a spacious bathroom with a shower stall and bathtub; and a cosy bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
The house has a living area of 68 square metres and a beautiful garden. Our outdoor sauna is also located here, which you are welcome to use for a flat-rate energy fee. A meadow path leads down from the garden to the lake.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
