This lovely property, with amazing views, is located in the Jeremy Ranch Golf and Country Club community. It’s just minutes to Downtown Main Street and under 11 miles to 3 World Class Ski Resorts: The Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort.

LIVING AREA

Enjoy hardwood floors, gorgeous furnishings, and accents that highlight the work of a top-notch interior designer in the living area.

The second living room features ample seating, a 55” TV, and gas fireplace.

A top-floor loft seating area offers a 40” TV and gas fireplace.

The lower-level game room provides a pool table, ping-pong table, and card table. A leather sitting area includes plenty of room plus a sofa bed and a 70” TV with Netflix, Blu-ray, and XBOX Kinect.

KITCHEN & DINING

The huge kitchen is lined with granite countertops and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: a double oven, gas range, dishwasher, double door fridge, and a double bay sink. Find plenty of cookbooks by the four-seat breakfast bar. An adjacent dining area seats six more.

A gorgeous chandelier illuminates the six-seat hardwood table in the dining room.

BED & BATH

The top-floor primary suite has a king bed, chaise lounge, and a 50” TV. A wraparound gas fireplace leads into the en-suite bath, with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and 2 separate vanities with sinks. Step out onto your private balcony and take in the fresh mountain air.

The second bedroom includes a queen bed and en-suite bath with shower/tub combination, while the third bedroom has a full-over-full bunk and an en-suite bathroom.

A fourth bedroom features a full-over-full bunk bed.

Located on the main level, the fifth bedroom has a XL twin-over-queen bunk bed. The adjacent guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The lower-level sixth bedroom features a king bed, while the bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Fantastic, spacious house

This house was perfect for a long weekend of skiing around Park City. The kitchen is absolutely amazing and there’s a ton of entertaining space on the main and lower floors. Everyone had enough space to relax and enjoy ourselves. It’s well-located, especially if you want to ski both Little Cottonwood and Park City/Deer Valley.

When I reserved this property it was through VRBO but then it became VACASA. I have not had good experiences with them and I again, not a good experience this time!

FEB 2019 Guys Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condition and cleanliness of the house was very good. The bathrooms are dated but functional. Not sure the heat in the bedrooms is working, but the living areas were very warm. The biggest downer was the internet, which was woefully inadequate to accommodate 7 business professionals. We also had to re-boot the routers several times to get back online. This should be corrected ASAP. The refrigerator would also not make any ice, so we had to buy some. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to rent this house again. I have rented other properties through Turnkey and they are great to work with.

Very nice 6 bdrm house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a very good value for a large rental house. For us, the location was great because we like to ski many areas, from Snowbasin to Snowbird. If you want to be close to nightlife and be in the middle of Park City, the house is about 20 minutes away, which is a minus for some. However, if you like to come home and cook with family/friends, enjoy the hot tub and relax, this is a very comfortable house as advertised. Easy to find and about 5 minutes off of interstate 80. We had a few minor problems with the house (cable box was broken, hot tub controls got locked) but Turnkey was great in sending someone out to remedy any problems. I was impressed by the management company, something generally rare to find! My only critique of the house is the 6th bedroom located off the basement playroom. It is a very nice "master style" bedroom, but the basement is cold with the thermostat located upstairs. They should have a separate zone for the downstairs in the winter. There was a space heater in the room, but it was too small to make a big difference. The other 5 bedrooms were great.

After renting ski accommodations for 40 yrs, this was an unbelievable poor experience. Lack of timely help with insufficient heat hot water and sewage back up. Litigation pending vs ARBO & Turnkey.

Great Place to stay!

Only complaint would be lack of internet, we had multiple people trying to work from the house and the wifi signal was way too weak to allow for that. Forcing us to use hotspots all weekend.

Just what we needed.

Great home with lots of room. We relaxed by the fireplace, played some pool and soaked in the hot tub. The house is a great place to relax and spend time with friends.

Plenty of room

This home was perfect for our family. 6 bedrooms and bathrooms plus an additional pull out couch accommodated all our children and grandchildren. The large driveway and space in the garage provided parking for 6 cars. The two fire pits on the decks and large hot tub provided hours of relaxation. The home has two large tables to eat at, a well equipped kitchen and several separate areas for watching TV. Our Thanksgiving holiday was so memorable this year. There were a few things we needed (dish rags and a can opener) I made a call and the management responded very quickly. Thank you for contributing to our wonderful week-end.

Exactly like the pictures and listing. The only minor thing was the fitted sheet on one of the beds was torn. It was clean, but probably tore while the cleaners were making the bed. Probably from wear and washing a lot. But, other than that, was amazing.

INCREDIBLE HOUSE!

Wow! I was looking forward to staying at this house because the pictures make it look so nice. Well, the pictures do NOT do it justice. The house is gorgeous & so spread out that even our large party didn't feel like we were all on top of each other. The views are incredible & the deck ended up being a favorite meeting & eating place. Lots of memories were made on that deck that week. The kitchen was SO WELL EQUIPPED! I think the ONLY thing I couldn't find was a bread knife (to cut homemade bread I brought from home)...I tell you, with all the vacation rentals I have stayed in, I do not think I have ever been in a kitchen ALMOST as well equipped as my own at home. Impressive! I cannot tell you much about the electronics because we never once turned on a TV...it was more fun to spend time playing Ping Pong or pool, or just hang out on one of the various decks or patios chatting. Something else that this owner REALLY gets right is comfortable mattresses. I will never stay somewhere twice if the mattresses are uncomfortable. When you are on a trip, getting a comfortable night's sleep is important. It is no fun to go on vacation & not sleep well the whole time because the beds are uncomfortable. We ALL slept like babies, but our 10 year old son preferred the couch on the 3rd floor alcove by the fireplace. In a nutshell, we would ABSOLUTELY stay here again & actually hope to do so again next summer. Great place!!! Great management!!! A total home run!

There are house and there are HOUSES! 8655 Sackett Drive in Jeremy Ranch is THAT kind of house! Legitimately slept 14 three full levels of fun and privacy, with enough bathrooms for our party of 12 adults to shower any time. Fully stocked kitchen with enough plates and utensilts for 2 meals worth. A Large dishwasher. Plenty of condiments that stock the Pantry from the owners or previous renters. Access to I-80 just one exit to the Park City exit with easy on/off. A gorgeous view from the decks and hot tub. A must rent place for a large group
