The Space:

An inviting mountain-chic interior and enviable proximity to Sunriver attractions make this 3BR/2.5BA an ideal escape in Central Oregon. With a private road that leads to Aquila Lodges at Sunriver, guests will enjoy a quiet, peaceful retreat.



Cruise along the neighborhood trails on the complimentary bike. In the evenings, you’ll find tasty restaurants, upscale shops, and plenty of fun attractions in the Village at Sunriver.



Unwind in your private hot tub after a day of adventure. Other highlights of the two-story townhome include comfy furnishings, gas fireplaces, and rustic elegance throughout.



LIVING AREAS



Alpine decor and a gas fireplace create the inviting ambience of an upscale lodge in the living area. Snuggle up on the plush sofa or read a book from the library in an armchair. The 55” TV is perfect for group movie nights. Large windows bring the outdoors inside.



The second living area includes a sofa, rocking chair, and 42” TV.



KITCHEN & DINING



Indulge your inner chef in the modern kitchen, appointed with granite counters and a gorgeous tile backsplash. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a gas range and a wine fridge.



Sip morning coffee at the island bar for three or share festive meals around the dining table for six.



BED & BATH



This townhome sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms.



The master bedroom boasts a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and patio access. Light the gas fireplace for additional allure on crisp nights. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower.



The second bedroom provides plenty of comfy sleeping space with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin futon. You’ll also find a flat-screen TV.



The third bedroom holds a plush queen bed and a 42” TV.



The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides additional convenience.



OUTDOOR AREAS



Step out to the back patio for fresh air and quality outdoor time. Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the shaded table for six.



Tall fences offer privacy around the backyard hot tub. Soak on starry nights and prepare for the next day’s adventures.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for one car in the garage. An additional space in the parking lot is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Very nice aesthetically and functionally. Perfectly clean and ready for us when we arrived. Great location for playing golf and close enough to Bend if you forgot to bring something. The Redmond airport is about 40 minutes away and is very nice.

House was great! Had a small issue with the grill, but the host was quick to get it fixed. If you plan on spending time on the patio or hot tub bring bug spray because the mosquitos are bad all over sunriver this year.

We greatly enjoyed the property. It was clean with all the amenities. The master suite downstairs was perfect, complete with a fireplace & then nice to have the space upstairs. It connected right to a trail that took us down to the water. We had a great stay & would definitely stay here again.
