Place was as pictured and very clean, we love Quelah and had stayed at other condos in the past. Thanks for providing bikes that was a highlight, and it looked like many games, toys for kids if you have them, and everything else for a week long stay. Only complaints were that both the slider doors (upstairs and downstairs) were extremely difficult to lock, mechanism needs attention. Also while we appreciated all the kitchen utensils, there is a point where you have too many items and can barely open the drawers, and would have much preferred one decent not completely scratched pan to cook in and one sharp knife. Beds were hard, but comfy and plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows throughout the condo. Communication with Arrived property management was very good, very prompt. Oh the jets at the community hot tub do not work at all, bit of a bummer, but not this units fault. Loved the fireplace and pet friendly for the win!
