Quelah 70 is a beautiful 1192 square foot all on one floor condominium in Sunriver, Oregon. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has one queen bed and a twin bunk bed. The condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet and streaming T.V. We have an enclosed front patio and a back deck (off of which there is a large lawn area). The pool and tennis courts are less than a minute walk. Quelah is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and very enjoyable.

Quelah is a private area of Sunriver with its own swimming pool, wading pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and lawn area. We are very close to the nature center, marina, stables, Sunriver Village Mall and restaurants, and the Sunriver lodge. The SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center) is about a mile from Quelah.

Mount Bachelor skiing is 20 miles from Sunriver. The Deschutes River runs along the west Sunriver property where you can boat, fish, canoe, or walk. Sunriver has miles and miles of paved bike paths.

Sunriver:
Sunriver is an unique resort community located about 15 miles south of Bend in the high desert country of Central Oregon. The scenic Deschutes River runs through Sunriver, while the snow capped Central Cascade Mountains, including Mt. Bachelor, provide a breathtaking backdrop to the West. Sunriver has over forty miles of paved bike paths in addition to off-road trails. Visitors can bike, walk, or hike on the trails, or take a kayak, canoe, or raft down the Deschutes River. In the winter, Sunriver is a wonderful place to cross-country ski or snow shoe. With Mt. Bachelor only a short drive away, down hill skiers can enjoy the slopes. The Cascade Lakes Scenic Highway is close by for those that enjoy an alpine lake or mountain hike in the Sisters Wilderness Area and Deschutes National Park. Visitors can also play golf on award winning courses, play tennis, swim, or enjoy the various local restaurants and shops. Sunriver is truly a vacation wonderland!

Great condo

Was a great location, condo was excellent. Housekeeping missed a few things, but the important things like the shower and toilet were clean. Only suggestion is that towels be evenly distributed, with extras in both rooms. It had a great living room with comfortable couches, and soft carpet. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is clean and well equipped. The location is centrally located in Sunriver, so you have easy access to both the North and South end of the community. The back deck is wonderful, especially in the evenings. The condo stayed comfortably cool even without AC and the outside temperature's in the upper 80’s. We would definitely recommend it, and will look to rent it again ourselves.

Great ski hub!

This was the perfect spot for our family on our ski adventure. A great place to come back to after hitting the slopes. It is comfortable, had all we needed to make a great meal, and was close to the Sunriver town center. We would come back for sure.

Perfect Sunriver Get Away

Very nice Condo. Great location to the many activities Sunriver and the Bend area has to offer. The condo is clean, very comfortable and well stocked with most all amenities needed for our week stay. We’ve never been disappointed with our numerous summer stays in Quelah 70. Highly recommend the condo.

Two master suites with pool and tennis court

Very welcoming inside. Well appointed kitchen. Two master suites for great separation of space. Patio is shaded by pines which helps with hot afternoon sun.

Excellent Property

Our family reunion has been held in Sunriver every summer for the past 60 years, with the last 40 years in Quelah units, This, by far, has been the best unit we've been in. The condo was wonderfully equipped ..... living/dining area, bathrooms, and especially the kitchen which was was extremely well-stocked! We also appreciated the big supply of bath towels! It was quite hot this summer, but even without air conditioning, the unit always stayed cool, probably due to the location being surrounded by shade trees. Communication with the owner was excellent, including all instructions regarding check-in steps, television/Wi-Fi usage, and departure instructions. We especially appreciated the entrance key set-up, which is the first we've ever experienced in Quelah, and makes a lot of sense. Thank you for another special year in Sunriver! We'll be back next year and hope to have the same unit.

Property great, HOA is hostile.

This property was great! Very clean, rooms are big and spacious. The only problem with staying at any of the quellah properties is Elizabeth, that comes out and will accost you as part of the hoa. This is the second negative encounter with her, she swore at children. Otherwise the house itself is great.

Was a great location, quick bike ride to all the attractions. Condo was clean and well stocked. Only complaint, though not the owners fault, was the Quelah pool was filthy.

Highly recommend

Very nice property. Hosts Luke and family were very communicative and the home was well stocked and comfortable. We often want to go to the Sharc, but the small local pool was actually much nicer and all we needed. This home is easy bike access for kids and adults to the River , Village, nature center, without being too close to those areas. The property was really well stocked with pots and pans and there were also a good stock of staple condiments. They also had bocci which was fun to play on the green lawn outside- footballs, basketballs, some good games. Very quiet surroundings and neighbors. This place also stayed remarkably cool without AC when we kept the doors closed - good shade without being dark. The Quelah Condo complex is very very comfortable. Highly recommend this condo - thank you for a wonderful stay !!

Heat for short stay

In town for a short period with wife and two tweens. Easy check in, reasonable price, good communication from owners. Place has everything you need and easy access to all thing Sunriver has to offer.

Great unit well stocked kitchen

We were nervous not having AC but it was really comfortable inside in the heat. Nice place. Kitchen very well stocked for a rental, nice knives, etc. Very Comfortable couches, bed etc. The only downside was the shower stalls had quite a bit of soap scum. Reported this to the owner so hopefully it will be taken care of.

Easy, comfortable Sunriver Condo

We were very happy with our stay at Quelah 70. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a simple, no frills place with comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen and a nice living room with a fireplace, perfect for our ski vacation. The location is right near the main path to the nature center, stables, marina and Fort Rock park. I felt like this place was "just as advertised", and we would stay again in the future.

Family vacation

This condo is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had every utensil needed to prepare meals and there was an abundance of condiments. We really like the Quelah location because it is close to the Village, Nature Center, Resort and bike paths. The pool is great for children because it is walkable from any condo in the Quelah complex.

Nice little area

The place was the perfect size for our family of 5. It was cute and spacious enough for us all to hang out. The only complaint I have is about the pool but that has nothing to do with the cute condo. Also the bathroom light in the master does not work so it was very dark. We put a lamp from the living room in there so we could see.
