Quelah Condo 106, Best Views of Lake Aspen, Air-Conditioned!

Quelah Condo 106 is an end-unit, single level condo located in the Quelah Condo Complex. Quelah Condo106 is situated front and center, and have the best unobstructed views of Lake Aspen and Mt. Bachelor. The Quelah Condos are centrally located off of Circle 3 and are very close to the Sunriver Horse Stables, the Marina, and the Holas' restaurant.
The master bedroom is well appointed with a king bed and mango wood furnishings. The second bedroom has a king bed and a single bed. The living room is beautifully furnished with leather and mango wood. New bathroom floors and showers stalls have been upgraded. The condo has wood flooring in the main room, kitchen, and living room area. Both bedrooms are carpeted.
Enjoy central air-conditioning, a gas fireplace, electric Jenn-air range, and a big Weber BBQ gas grill.
We have covered parking and a space for a second vehicle. No Pets and "No Smoking" please.
The complex has three private tennis and pickle ball courts, Jacuzzi, swimming pool, and a kid's pool.

Best location in Sunriver

The view of the river off the back porch is phenomenal. I could have spent all day on that porch. It's a short walk to the nurture center/observatory and right on the bike path. The pool/hottub is within view of the front porch. Great place to stay.

Excellent place to stay with family or friends. Beautiful view of the lake. Close to the village. Wonderful pool.Pickleball court should not be listed as an amenity as the equipment required to use is not used for pickleball.

We love staying here when we come to sunriver! We've been twice now and will absolutely be coming back. The location can't be beat, pool is fabulous, and the hosts were so communicative and easy to work with.

Great Condo in Ideal Setting/Location

This was an awesome place to stay for our visit to Sunriver. Very clean and comfortable, nicely furnished and appointed, well-equipped kitchen, etc. Nothing was lacking. Maybe the best feature was the deck with the serene and expansive view looking out to Lake Aspen and beyond. Ten-minute bike ride to the village, with other locations also easily accessible by bike.

Great for families

This is an ideal spot for families. It is right on the bike trail with an easy bike ride to either the stables, marina, nature center, or the village. There were plenty of plastic dishes for the kids and not many breakable decorations to worry about. The pool area has a wadding pool plus a large pool, depending on your kids' swim level. I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect Sunriver Location

The Quelah condo was perfect for our mom and daughter stay! The view was amazing and the location was within a short walking or biking distance from the activities we wanted to do.

The Quelah Condo

Great property, would stay there again which is a great possibility. We loved the SunRiver area, much to do. Great food in the surrounding community even though we did a lot of cooking. Sintra restaurant had such a great breakfast and Josies K's Deli was assume. Great Lasagna, meatloaf and deli sandwiches.They are in the business loop and everyone should venture over to their restaurant. Our condo had everything we needed. Great cookware, linens, comfortable beds, and great location. Quiet location. We enjoyed the raccoons who invaded the trash cans on the first night. Hope to return in the future.

Our favorite place in all of Sunriver

We have been coming to Sunriver for 10 years and this is our favorite place of all. One level, great view, private pool and courts, two patios, yet close to everything. Great for one or two couples. We have already booked two weeks for next year.

Bees nest outside front entrance is a problem and should be removed. Unable to eat outside or use front patio. A can of bee spray is not enough.

Great vacation. Our 5th year staying at the condo.

Amazing views of Aspen Lake and the swans with 3 babies this year. Beds are comfy and air conditioning. Pool and covered parking for One vehicle. We walked everywhere after getting our main groceries in Bend. Cannot wait until next year. ⛱️
