This accommodation offers the perfect combination of cosiness, comfort, and modern design—ideal for a relaxing holiday in the mountains.
A modern and very cosy holiday apartment in a quiet, stunning panoramic location in the village of Thierbach/Wildschönau. Direct views of the Tyrolean mountains and the Gratlspitze, Thierbach’s local peak at 1,894 m. Hikes to the Gratlspitze or Schatzberg are possible right from the house. The house is located on a family-run farm with an adjacent restaurant. Upon request, you can book breakfast on-site featuring regional products. The farm’s own traditional inn, located on the property, offers excellent Tyrolean cuisine. There’s plenty for children to discover on the farm; a special highlight are the four alpacas, which can also be booked for guided tours.
In summer, the farm serves as a starting point for hikes and bike tours in the Kitzbühel Alps. In winter, when snow conditions are good, you can ski directly from the ski area to a spot near the accommodation. Backcountry skiing enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here. A very special hidden gem for sledding is the run from the Schatzberg down to the idyllic village of Thierbach.
From the top station of the Schatzberg gondola, you’ll head a short distance across the slope and past the Thalerkogglift to the starting point. The 5-kilometer-long descent leads through the forest. Note: This is not a toboggan run but a ski route.
