Beautiful, spacious home in a great location of Black Butte. This new construction home was built with premium craftsmanship, well furnished and chalked full of unexpected amenities. The owners even had a new BBQ delivered and setup in time for our visit - which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend, and will definitely look to stay here again.

While expensive, it was what we needed

Initially, I was very annoyed that all the fees that doubled the per night cost. So while the base cost is comparable to other places within black Butte resort, those significantly increase the overall trip cost. However, this place was exactly what we needed for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. It's modern, clean, really spacious, and surprisingly very kid/toddler friendly. Communication was quick but it's a newer property so they're still working through some tiny details.

While expensive, pleasantly surprised by the space! Exactly what we needed

While searching VRBO for places, this one seemed comparable when looking at the nightly rate. However, there were a *lot* of fees added to the final bill, ending up doubling the rate, which made me very apprehensive going into the vacation. However, it was the exact space we needed to spend time with our family (6 adults and 2 toddlers). While chic and modern, it was extremely kid friendly, they would run around and we'd be able to enjoy the space to spread out - kitchen was fairly well equipped. And obviously location is absolutely wonderful - but anywhere in BBR is heavenly. While they were very responsive when I had questions, it's a newer property, so it sometimes took some time to get answers.
