Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV.

Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace and a barbecue. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden and garden furniture is also available for your use. **Please be informed: The pool is currently under renovation, and due to unforeseen delays, we are unable to provide an exact reopening date at this time.**

Many restaurants walking distance which removes the drinking and driving concern.....and if you drink too much to walk, the taxi fare is only a few Euros !!!! Everything is offered at La Cala...you don't need to drive another hour along the coast.......

This apartment will not disappoint. It has amazing views from the front terrace of the sea and pool

Pros: This apartment will not disappoint. It has amazing views from the front terrace of the sea and pool area and the rear terrace has great views to the mountains. Great amount of outdoor space to sun bathe and entertain.No real need for a car as everything is within walking distance. Everything is very secure with a key to enter the complex and a further key to enter the building. Great air conditioning at night in both bedrooms and living area. Air conditioning can be used during the day but when the glass doors are all open the breeze flows into all areas. Overall, a fantastic apartment and the only one I will ever rent in this area.

Pros: We had a great time at Jan’s lovely apartment which surpassed our expectations. The terraces were very spacious with very comfortable outdoor furniture. With the the terraces facing opposite directions there was always an area in the sun and another in the shade. The furniture and beds in the apartment were very comfortable. The air conditioning was very effective and quiet. The only slight issue we had was the climb to the apartment. Although my wife and I are in our 60’s we are both quite fit walking around 6 miles each day. However, we did find it quite a strenuous climb. I would therefore not recommend the apartment unless you are reasonably fit or have a car. The elevated position of the apartment does mean that the views are incredible. Mijas is a really nice resort with some lovely restaurants. It is also well situated for trips to Marbella, Puerto Banus, Malaga and Fuengirola. Jan and Julie who looks after the apartment were very helpful and easy to deal with.

Pros: We have recently returned from a 19 day family stay in Jans Penthouse apartment and enjoyed every minute of it. It was our 3rd stay in the area and this has been our favourite apartment to date! The apartment itself has fantastic views from the front and rear and offers excellent outdoor space enjoying hours of sun from both areas. This is something we love when we are on holiday. Internally the apartment is very spacious and comfortable but we always like to spend our time outdoors. The pool area is excellent and we as a family spent many an hour relaxing down there. The complex grounds are well maintained and is a very relaxed and quite complex. You are a short 5 minutes walk down the street to some local bars and restaurants, there is some very good food on offer. You are then a further 5 minutes walk to the sea front, which offers an excellent stretch of beach with lots of beach bars to choose from. Everything ran smoothly. Any contact I made with Jan prior to our visit was replied to promptly and he made sure everything ran perfectly. I would happily stay here again and at some point I am sure we will! Many thanks Jan

Å komme til leiligheten i La Cala de Mijas var som å komme hjem. Nydelige og gode senger, fint kjøkk

Pros: Å komme til leiligheten i La Cala de Mijas var som å komme hjem. Nydelige og gode senger, fint kjøkken som hadde "alt" du trengte til matlagning. Flott stue med to nydelige terrasser, en innglassert og en i friluft, samt en terrasse på kjøkkensiden. Og to fine bad, ett med dusj og en med dusj/karbad. Fine utområder med ett fin basseng og daglig renhold av fellesområdene. Og det var en kort spassertur ned til strandpromenaden hvor vi gikk fra "Borgen" til vårt spisested "Garden Bar". Og vi fant små familierestauranter i bakgatene som var som en oase. VI kommer gjerne tilbake en annen gang. Linda og Leif Roar fra Kolbotn, Norge.

Pros: Het appartement ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen van Cala de Mijas. Alles wat je nodig heb is aanwezig, we vonden het aantal handdoeken te weinig. Hebben zelf 4 extra gekocht, en achter gelaten. Tijdens een stevige regen bui liep het water de serre in, ook in de keuken was dit het geval. We zien wel dat op deverse punten vervanging of onderhoud nodig is. Lampen stuk, schimmel in de badkamer, zonneschermen volant stuk. Kussens van de bank en zonnestoelen zijn aan vervanging toe. Makkelijk te realiseren, moet wel gebeuren. Een prima plek voor een mooie vakantie, plaatsje is erg leuk niet massaal. Heerlijke wijn bar Pure Crepa. We hebben mooie plaatsen in de buurt bezocht.

Pros: Na eerdere bezoeken aan La Cala de Mijas verbleven we voor het eerst in dit appartement. Het appartement overtrof onze verwachtingen ruimschoots. Het uitzicht is geweldig, de inrichting ademt een huiselijke sfeer en de terrassen zijn erg ruim en goed voorzien van de nodige zitjes. Het gedeelte van het terras dat is afgesloten met glazen panelen is uitermate geschikt om ook bij mindere weersomstandigheden "buiten" te vertoeven. Doordat het appartement aan beide kanten een terras heeft, kan de gehele dag van de zon worden genoten.
