Small holiday development "Bredunepark", built in 2020. On the outskirts Bredene Aan Zee, in a sunny position, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 800 m, bar 30 m, bakery 400 m, bicycle rental 2 km, tram "De Lijn 'Renbaan'" 550 m, bus stop "De Lijn" 90 m, railway station "NMBS Oostende" 8 km, sandy beach "Hyppo beach" 700 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, surf school 3 km, minigolf 2 km. Nearby attractions: Fort Napoleon 4.6 km, Familiepark 'De Sierk' 2.5 km, Sealife Blankenberge 14 km, Plopsaland De Panne 43 km, Oostende 7 km, Brugge 20 km. Hiking paths: Duinpanpad 6 km, Spuikompad 10 km, Landerijenpad 12 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The complex has another 2 houses for rent. The holiday properties may differ in situation, size and location.

Exit to the garden. Shower. Heating. Upper floor: open living/dining room with dining table, TV, digital TV, international TV channels and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Balcony 8 m2, south-west facing position. Balcony furniture. Alles ok

Alles ok, bis auf die fehlende Waschmaschine. Bredene hat inzwischen auch gut sichtbare Müllcontainer aufgestellt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gute Erholung

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung. alles gut erreichbar. Zentral gelegen und Strand fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Die Türen schließen allerdings sehr laut und die Wohnung ist aufgrund der Bauform etwas hellhörig. Trotzdem gerne wieder!

Gesamteindruck

Wir haben diese Wohnung bereits zweimal gemietet. Die Müllentsorgung war problematisch. Wir hatten keine 1-€-Münze und deshalb den Müllbeutel vor den Container gestellt. Dies hatte der Ordnungsdienst erkannt, so das wir mit einem Busgeld rechnen müssen. Sonst war alles OK. Wir kommen auch ein drittes mal.

Alles bestens und zu empfehlen. Es war auch gut,dass die Schlafzimmer im UG sind,da es oben sehr warm war. Mit Ventilator war es dort aber auch gut auszuhalten. In den Schlafzimmern sind nur Lamellenvorhänge,die nicht komplett verdunkeln. Wer also nur im Dunkeln schlafen kann, wird hier nicht ganz glücklich sein.

Unterkunft/Lage

Die Müllentsorgung war ein Problem. Sie müssen bis zur nächsten Deponie etwa 4 km fahren. Ansonsten waren wir rundherum zufrieden. Im Herbst werden wir wahrscheinlich die gleiche Wohnung mieten. MFG H. M.
