With a game room equipped with a ping-pong table, a personal fitness center, and accommodations for 11 guests, there is no better place to bring the whole family for an island retreat. The updated kitchen, with granite countertops, is ideal for cooking for large groups and the breakfast nook has the best seat in the house for sipping an espresso. When the morning chill burns off, step out to the back yard and wade in the refreshing pool or crack open a favorite brew on the wraparound deck that overlooks the lagoon. For a little privacy from the family, walk down to the private dock on the lagoon and watch the sun go down.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! We traveled with my sisters for a week at the beach. Wonderful week in our favorite location!! House was very well stocked, large and spacious. We loved seeing the deer walk through the back yard when we were out at the pool. Only saw the “ friendly” visitor in the lagoon once. The bikes with the house were a nice addition and in great condition. Overall great trip!

We absolutely loved the house from the moment we walked in…it was beautifully clean and well supplied…the pool people and yard people were there during the week so everything was blown and cleaned…the configuration was perfect for us as there was a mother-in-law suite and three bedrooms in another wing that worked great for my daughter, son-in-law and three grandsons

Family holiday gathering

The house was very nice. Because of the time of year we weren’t able to enjoy the pool but small dock at the back of the house was a great place to relax. The only suggestion was to improve the cookware. We ate all our meals in and the pots and pans could use some updatingBut overall a great stay.

The house was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of room to spread out. We loved the game room and the great room with the multiple windows and water views. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. The pool furniture was comfortable. All in all the house made for a great vacation for our family and friends.

July 25 Stay

We just finished spending a week at this lovely home in Palmetto Dunes Resort. The house has a unique but functional layout that suited our 8 adults and 2 babies perfectly. The pool was very nice with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill. The dock to the lagoon made for such a beautiful backyard view! We enjoyed kayaking every evening. The house is well stocked with beach towels, pool & beach items, and bicycles for the short ride to the beach. We most loved the game room with the MIL quarters above it. We played ping pong pretty much every evening. Literally, the only thing that needs an upgrade would be the cookware - it was not horrible just could use a few new pots and pans. We enjoyed many local restaurants and also tried out Big Jim's within the resort at the RTJ Golf Course. Overall, it was a lovely vacation. We will definitely stay in this home again.

This was our first stay at this house-it was WONDERFUL. If you have small children and want a beach day it’s a bit of a walk but ok for teens and adults-just hv to bring a wagon. We had issues with WiFi that were addressed within 5 min of me calling rental agent.

Great house for a big family!

This house was very cool! Tons of space for 2 families of 4. The kids loved the game room. The pool has a heater which was a bonus because the weather was a little cooler than we expected. The owners of this house have done a great job of making sure that you have everything for the beach. Sand toys, towels, bikes, chairs.. we will definitely stay here again.

This house is really big and has a fantastic heated pool (you have to pay to have it heated but worth every penny), kayaks, and bikes. A short bike ride to the beach where is was not crowded. The biking in the neighborhood is fantastic. The house was very clean and had tons of beach towels. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house offers lots of space. We are a multigenerational family. 4 generations! The kids loved the pool. The men enjoyed kayaking in the lagoon. This is our second time staying here and we love it! It has bicycles, kayaks, the kitchen is well stocked, there are beach towels and a few pool toys. The game room has ping pong table but there is no Television in there which would have been nice for the kids. Overall we loved the house! It was great!

Beautiful home, spaces to be together or have some quiet time. Kitchen had plenty of the basics for cooking and eating. Plenty of beach towels for the pool and beach. The pool is well maintained. Several bikes in the garage though maintenance looks spotty. We used one and rented the rest. This home was a great place to stay and would rent it again!
