The Space:

The Alexander Beach House is a third-row, two-story home located in the desirable North Forest Beach area. This beautiful, coastal home features gorgeous landscaping, a private deck, and upgraded bathrooms and kitchen!



As you walk through the front door, you'll see a staircase leading to the main level. The bottom level houses a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, a laundry room for your swimsuits, and a living area with full size bunk beds for additional sleeping. The living area also has access to the ground level patio for sunny summer days.



Upstairs, you'll find the main living space, which is open to a sitting area and dining room. The living room features a large flat screen TV, free WiFi, comfortable seating, and access to the top deck, where you can grill with friends and loved ones after a day at the beach. The newly remodeled kitchen features custom cabinetry, new appliances, and granite countertops.

Good value for the rental rate. Great quiet location steps to bike path and beach. House is dated but that’s part of its retro vibe. Would be nice to have better quality towels/bedding and sound bar for great room tv. I would definitely rent again.

Lovely home located very close to the beach in a beautiful neighborhood. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds, updated and well equipped kitchen, updated baths, great shower in the main bath. Large deck with nice outdoor loungers, chairs, and tables. Comfortable couch and large great room for relaxing with your group. Games, puzzles, and plenty of TV's available. Easy walk and/or bike to Coligny from this location. We loved our stay at this house!

Home is so comfortable and nicely decorated/landscaped. Very clean and in a great location: close to Coligny Plaza and all it's shops and activities AND only 150 yards (v. short walk) away from the beach. Well stocked kitchen with good amenities. Has the best sitting porch to watch the world go by with a private sundeck in the back of the house. Great time had by all!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this house. It was extremely clean, everything worked properly, the kitchen was well stocked, the dining room table was nice and big, and there was plenty of seating for everyone in the main room. The kids loved the bunk beds. Proximity to the beach was great, we love this neighborhood. It was clear lots of things in the house had been recently updated. Thanks for having puzzles and games, they kept us busy in the evenings!

Great place for family times

Loved the location—a stones throw from Coligny with the advantages of less crowded beach and quieter neighborhood. Great community space and great set up for our family of 7 adults and an infant. Close walk to beach and easy bike ride into shopping and restaurants. Definitely would rent again!!
