We cordially invite you to spend a few days in our beautiful holiday rental (60 m², non-smoking) with a view of the Balver Cave.

The Balver Cave is a karst cave located in the Hönne Valley near Balve in North Rhine-Westphalia that is used for cultural events. According to the well-documented archaeological findings, the cave is one of the most important sites of Middle Palaeolithic cultures in Europe (hence the name “Cultural Cave”)
.
Our holiday rental “Höhlenblick” was newly renovated in 2020.
There’s room here for three people to relax!
The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a view of the Balver Cave.
A parking space is available right outside the front door.

Right from here, you can set out on your activities or simply spend a few quiet days in the holiday rental. Or indulge in your favourite sports—whether hiking, running, tennis, horseback riding, swimming, scuba diving, surfing, or golf—you’ll find plenty of options here, both familiar and new.

A wide variety of hiking and biking trails are available right on your doorstep.
Lake Sorpe, the deepest reservoir in the Sauerland, with a dam 69 metres high and a total storage capacity of 70 million cubic metres, is just 9 kilometres away.
The charming Sauerland region offers all this and much more even in winter, with its snow-covered areas such as Wilde Wiese (Sundern), Winterberg, or the Bödefeld ski resort in Schmallenberg.

Our holiday rental features a bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and, if needed, a travel cot for children. Bedding is included.
The living room is equipped with a new 55-inch LED TV with Netflix and a spacious couch.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. A small supply of dishwasher tablets, salt, sugar, and pepper is provided for your use.
A high chair is also available.
The bathroom features a shower, a heated towel rack, and a hair dryer. Towels are also included.

The entire apartment is equipped with central heating.
In the summer, the 8-square-meter terrace is perfect for cosy barbecue evenings.
A grill, garden chairs, and a table are provided.

The apartment has Wi-Fi!

Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement for a flat fee of 15€ per pet per day!

The apartment is perfect for cyclists, hikers, family holidays, and anyone who just wants to relax!

The apartment can be booked for a maximum of 3 people.
