The Space:

This two-bedroom, two-bath oceanview condo is great for families or other gatherings. Enjoy quality time at the pool complex or a friendly competition with the lawn games in the picnic area or on the tennis courts.



Walking paths and boardwalks provide easy access to the beach and the complex’s other amenities. In addition, because this condo is located in the Folly Field area, it's just a short drive to the many shops and restaurants in Hilton Head.



The villa’s fully equipped kitchen is fitted with granite countertops, updated cabinets, and washer/dryer combination. The living room features a 46-inch flatscreen TV with a DVD player and cable, ample seating, a pull-out sofa bed, and direct access to the oceanview deck from a pair of sliding doors. The primary bedroom has its own entrance to the deck and features a king bed and updated full bath with a spacious standup shower. The second bedroom offers a queen and twin bed for guests and provides access to the full bathroom in the hall.

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Let me tell you when I say we got our moneys worth it ain’t enough our stay was an absolute pleasure to be there I’ve have stayed at many beach properties and most of them have out dated pics of property and it’s always a thought how different everything will look but not this one the pics show exactly what you get from clean rooms, a functional kitchen with everything you need to cook with garbage disposal in the sink. Rooms were wonderful and clean,two great full bathrooms, and the property was to die for with a gorgeous landscape layout and a gate at the front so no public walking in around vehicles and and kept from crowding the beach. Ahh the beach there is an awesome mat that reaches the beach that makes pulling beach cart much easier and the beach was very clean with it not being public it was wonderful for my 11 year old girl and wife to find shells and shark teeth I have anxiety issues when I go on trips but this place made us all feel so comfortable it wasn’t an issue I do believe I have found a forever beach location for my family and I and can not wait to go back next year. Thanks to all the very friendly and helpful staff that work hard to keep the property so nice for guests. This is not an advertisement I am just blown away at how nice it is.

This was the best place for easy beach access! We loved the covered walkway and the clean dunes and beach only a few minutes away. We also appreciated the water sprayer which allowed us to wash away all the sand on ourselves and all of our gear. Great place to play ad relax.
