The 70 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room, ceiling fans in all rooms, mobile heaters, a washing machine as well as a TV. The apartment was everything it was described as being & more. We’ve stayed in a lot of rental properties over the year & this one was one of the best. The location was ideal for both sightseeing & relaxation. We had family join us for the last week of our stay & they were as impressed as we were with Casa Carisma.

Pros: We choose from a few different apartments when we should travel to Spain. But we took this since it was the best out of our needs. Great and fast response on questions. After we booked one week the once we traveled with found a much cheaper flight and should arrive one day earlier so I e-mail Jenny and asked if it was possible to add one more day to our stay and it was no problem at all. If you choose this apartment you are in need of a car. If you go in July or August it is very hot. It was a nice starting point as well. We went to Alicante, Murica, Elx (Elche) and drove around in the mountains, visited small villages and ate ice cream or just took something to drink. The Pool area was nice with a small pool and one bigger pool less than 1 minute walk from the apartment.

Pros: With the apartment we normally stay in being booked on the dates we wanted we searched through numerous different ones to find an alternative then we came across this one and we are so glad we did. On arrival at the property we were met by the lovely owner, Jenny, who showed us around and gave us instructions for all the appliances which, in itself, is great as we have stayed at a lot of places where we have had to struggle finding out how to work things. The apartment has been lovingly renovated to a high standard and has everything you need for a very pleasant, comfortable stay. A proper home from home. We were lucky that the weather was on our side and we were able to take advantage of the nicely furnished, newly tiled roof terrace which allowed us to make the most of the Spanish sunshine. The location is great too – very close to a massive supermarket and shopping centre and, if you have children, the water park is a very short distance away aswell. One thing that we took advantage of was the airport transfers which the owner organised for us (at an extra charge but well worth it). We were picked up and taken straight to the apartment (the driver even took our luggage in for us) and then we were collected and taken back to the airport on our day of departure - another personal touch which goes a long way to helping your holiday be as stress free as possible. During our entire stay we had everything we needed and we are so pleased we found this place. This is now our number one, favourite apartment in Torrevieja and we will definitely be back.

Pros: De lo mejor, la piscina comunitaria. El apartamento bien equipado y limpio. Cons: Pondría alguna cazuela más grande, para 6 hemos tenido que cocinar en 2 cazuelas pequeñas a la vez.

Tot en met afwasmiddel,wastabs en toiletpapier, schoonmaakmiddelen. Het was er allemaal. Wat problemen met de wifi gehad maar reactie was er vrijwel direct. Echt niets op aan te merken.
