Excellent property for city centre stay. Less so if self catering.
Pros: Ideally situated for bus services and train station. Ditto city centre. Comfortable living room and bedrooms. Classic Spanish appearance of living room, window shutters, and fittings.
Cons: Lack of written information re apartment equipment, especially the alarm system. Kitchen too small really for any substantial cooking but fine for snacks and food storage with fridge/freezer.

Pros: We rented this apartment during the Málaga Marathon in December 2017 and have enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious with a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom and is located on the first floor. It is a very quiet street, although the garbage collection during the night can be noisy, but that it how it works in Malaga. There is a medium sized supermarket on the other side of the street, which turned out to be very convenient. The Centro Larios shopping mall and the Centro Alameda station with a good connection to the airport, are both in about 5 minutes walking distance. The old city center in 10 minutes walking distance, so no need to rent a car. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and has very high ceilings that certainly add to the nice atmosphere. Maria, the owner and host was very helpful, flexible and very well reachable. She also offered us a good deal when it turned out that our return flight was cancelled and we were forced to stay in Málaga for two additonal days, so we used the apartment longer than originally planned. We could even use the appartment until the end of the afternoon and thus leave our suitcases there prior to our evening flight on the day of departure. Sure it helped that the apartment was not rented out the next day, but Maria's willingness to schedule the cleaning at the end of the afternoon was a very nice gesture. All in all a recommendable place to stay when in Málaga.

Pros: This is a very nice apartment for the price, light and airy with 2 bedrooms and comfortable beds. It’s well equipped and furnished and nicely located just minutes from the central entertainment district.
There were some issues with maintenance, no hot water at the bathroom sink but for a shave you can get hot water from the kitchen. Lighting was a problem in the kitchen but some light bulbs in the stovetop vent would fix this.
However, some of the descriptions on the website were a little misleading:
It’s stated electricity is included but we were charged...and gas, not mentioned anywhere, is also charged.
The “bathtub” mentioned turned into a small shower by the time we arrived, with a shower head that pops off the wall if you turn on water too fast. Look out!
The “tumble dryer” became a drying rack but it worked just as well and didn’t use any of the “included” electricity.
It’s very noisy during the day, mostly quiet at night but for the 2am rubbish pickup. The entry way stairs are steep so might not be suitable for anyone with a disability.
Most of these concerns are easily fixed so I would certainly keep this apartment on the list for Malaga, it’s very good value for money and well located.

Pros: Esa propiedad esta situada cerca del centro (Alamaeda Principal) en una manzana tipica de Malaga . Es bastante vieja y las escaleras son un poco dificiles para gente con problemas de movilidad , pero al interior es 'clasica' con techos altos y contra ventanas tradicionales-- verdaderamente se siente enAndalucia.
Habitaciones son confortables y camas buenas con colchones firmes. El apartamento es limpio. Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestro estancia en Malaga porque estabamos a diez minutos del casco historico.
Para amejorar la experiencia la cocina necesita mas equipo ( platos , cuchillas etc) y es bastante dificil cocinar porque no hay horno. La television es muy vieja y no recibe dos o tres de los canales .
Si Ud busca algo tradicional y bien situada puedo recommender.

Pros: Boligen ligger dejlig centralt uden at være omkrandset af værtshuse og des lige. De fleste spændende seværdigheder ligger indenfor gå-afstand, og vil man længere væk, så er hovedbanegård, busstation og S-tog til lufthavnen indenfor 100-1300 meter. Området er ikke turistet, man bor i et normalt spansk kvarter, sådan som jeg helst ville have det.
Ejeren tog pænt imod os, og introducerede os for områddet og gav sig tid til at give os en lille guide tur.
Mit forbehold for pris/kvalitet beror nok blot på, at påsken er højsæson, og det påvirker prisen.
Påske i Andalusien er meget fascinerende, hvis man vil se deres påskeoptog. De ligger sjælen idet. Men hvis du vil se de mest populære turist steder, så bestil billet/plads i god tid. Det havde vi ikke gjort.

El apartamento correspondía totalmente a lo que imaginábamos con las fotos. Es perfecto para una familia o un grupo de 4 personas. Hemos pasado una semana sin coche (todo andando o en taxi o en autobus para ir a Ronda y Antequera. Un fallo, los cristales antiguos no aislan todos los ruidos de la calle. ¡¡ Volveremos!! // La propriétaire a tout fait pour nous faciliter ce séjour (la sympathie, les explications, les conseils). L'appartement correspondait totalement à ce que nous imaginions en voyant les photos. Cet appartement est parfait pour une famille ou un groupe de 4 personnes. Nous avons passé une semaine sans voiture (en marchant ou en taxi ou en bus pour aller a Ronda et Antequera. Une critique, le vitrage ancien ne filtre pas la totalité des bruits de la rue. Nous reviendrons !! Famille Marcos , Millau France.

Der er en gangafstand til de fleste museer, markeder og gallerier - og kun ca 1,5 km til byens egen badestrand Playa Malagueta. Udlejeren taler engelsk og er meget behjælpelig med transport, råd og vejledning.
