This two-bedroom, two-bath condo has been completely updated with fresh paint throughout, new LVP flooring in the bedrooms and bathrooms, hardwood in the den, and all-new furniture, mattresses, and luxury linens and bedding! ALL linens (including quilts) are washed before each stay.

This condo is also our personal "home away from home" so we have designed and furnished it to be a place we love to visit. Cozy and comfortable, you will have everything you need for a quick visit or a longer trip! We can't wait to host you!

Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed. The other bedroom has 2 queen beds. Both rooms feature brand-new mattresses along with all-new furniture and new luxury linens! The king bedroom has a smart TV.

The living room has a large, comfortable couch along with two swivel chairs. There is a smart TV where you may log in to your streaming services.

The dining area has a counter-height table that seats 4 comfortably.

The full kitchen has everything you need for a snack or to cook a full meal! A starter pack of coffee (both ground & K-cups), creamers, and sweeteners are provided along with a dual-mode Keurig coffee maker - full drip pot or single Keurig K-cup. NEW dishwasher installed July 2025. NEW refrigerator installed February 2026.

The perfect location for football games, basketball games, college visits, and more! This complex is centrally located downtown but tucked away in a quiet complex.

Toomer’s Corner is a 5-minute walk - 2 blocks from our condo! Celebrate a big win with a short walk to roll Toomer’s!

Our property does NOT allow pets of any kind.

We do NOT allow parties or events.

Renters must be 25 years of age or older.

NO smoking or vaping is allowed inside the condo or on the porch.

We have a Ring doorbell outside next to the front door for the safety of everyone. This faces outside and there are no cameras inside or facing the interior.
