Summary:

Perfect for groups up to 8! Dog-friendly mountain condo tucked in the woods near Canyon Lodge base area. Enjoy 2 hot tubs, heated pool (summer months only), full kitchen, garage parking, and strong 200 Mbps WiFi. Relax infront of the gas fireplace and massive smart TV. This is the perfect place to unwind after epic days on the slopes or trails. Please note: Third-floor location offers privacy and mountain ambiance but guests must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the unit, no elevator.



The Space:

LIVING ROOM:

The living room is a warm and inviting retreat, featuring soaring wood-beamed ceilings and a stunning stone fireplace that anchors the space. A plush sectional sofa and cozy armchair provide plenty of seating to relax after a day on the mountain. Large windows bring in natural light while maintaining a private, cabin-like feel. Unwind with a movie on the large flat-screen TV or enjoy the glow of the fire as you settle in for a comfortable evening.



KITCHEN:

The fully equipped kitchen offers a clean, bright space to prepare meals after a day on the mountain. Featuring stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, it has everything you need for easy cooking. The spacious counters and double sink make prep and cleanup simple, while ample cabinetry keeps the space organized and clutter free. Brew your morning cup with our drip coffee maker or single serving Keurig K-Cup coffee maker before heading out for adventure.



DINING AREA:

The dining area sits at the heart of the open concept living space, creating the perfect gathering spot for meals and game nights. A spacious wood table comfortably seats six, with additional bar seating at the kitchen counter for casual breakfasts or après-ski snacks. The dining table also has an extension leaf than can be added to comfortably expand seating capacity from 6 people to 8 people. Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and warm wood accents create a cozy mountain atmosphere, while large windows bring in beautiful natural light. It’s an inviting space to connect, unwind, and share stories after a day outdoors.



PRIMARY BEDROOM:

This cozy master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a comfortable king sized bed dressed in crisp linens and soft pillows. Warm wood accents and exposed ceiling beams add rustic charm, while neutral tones create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. A spacious dresser provides plenty of storage, and the room features direct access to a private en-suite bathroom stocked with fresh towels. Thoughtful touches and natural light make this space perfect for recharging before your next adventure on the hill.



SECOND BEDROOM:

This comfortable secondary bedroom is located upstairs, just steps from the loft and nearby full bathroom.. This secondary bedroom has a privacy door, separating it from the bunkbeds, and features a cozy queen sized bed with soft linens and plush pillows. Warm wood ceilings and exposed beams add a touch of rustic charm, while the ceiling fan and high window bring in fresh air and natural light. A wall-mounted TV and dresser provide both entertainment and convenient storage during your stay.



LOFT SPACE:

The inviting loft offers a cozy, cabin-style retreat with warm wood beams and charming alpine-inspired décor. It features two sturdy bunk beds with plush mattresses and crisp linens, making it perfect for kids, teens, or additional guests. Soft lighting and natural wood finishes create a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere ideal for winding down after a day of adventure. Tucked away yet open to the home’s character, this loft adds both charm and flexible sleeping space to your stay.



PARKING:

Enjoy the convenience of one dedicated covered garage parking space (80" Max Clearance), plus 1 additional outdoor space available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Whether you're here for winter skiing or summer hiking, this condo is the perfect base for your mountain adventures. Great for families, couples, or a group of friends looking for a cozy and convenient retreat.



Guest Access:

You’ll enjoy full access to the condo, including:

•Assigned garage parking space

•Additional outdoor parking (first-come basis)

•Shared complex amenities including hot tubs, sauna, heated pool (summer months only), BBQ areas, and tennis/volleyball/basketball courts (summer months only).



The Neighborhood:

This condo is located in a part of town closest to the ski lifts, hiking trails and mountain biking trails. The condo is a 10 min walk to the ski lifts at Canyon Lodge and a 20 min (1 mile) walk to the nearest shops/restaurants in the Village. The location is perfect for anyone who values the convince of staying close proximity to the mountain.

*NOTE* Our condo is located close to Canyon Lodge. While many consider it a short easy walk it can also be challenging to others depending on weather conditions, gear, number of kids, and ones physical condition.



Getting Around:

- 5 min walk to nearest Blue Line shuttle stop on Canyon Blvd. This is a free shuttle that stops every 15-30 min and loops between the Village and Canyon Lodge.

- 10 min walk to the chairlifts at Canyon lodge base area. See house manuel inside condo for a printout showing the quickest/easiest walking route to Canyon Lodge.

- 20 min (1 mile) walk to the Village. Please be mindfull in winter months as this walk can be cold and snowey.



Other Things to Note:

STAIR ACCESS ONLY: Please be aware that the condo is located three floors above the garage. Access requires walking up three flights of stairs. There is no elevator, and the property is not wheelchair accessible.



STEEP DRIVEWAY: The driveway to our complex is steep. Guests are highly encouraged to travel with tire chains or 4X4/AWD in the winter months (Nov - April)



HIGH-SPEED INTERNET: Stay connected with strong, reliable WiFi clocked at 200 Mbps, perfect for streaming and remote work.



LAUNDRY: Paid washer and dryer facilities are available for your use within the building. Washer and Dryer require $1.00 in quarters per load. Guests mush also supply their own laundry detergent.
