2 Br and 2 Bt condo is located in the Cross Gate Golf Villas community. This great end unit is located on the 1st floor and offers pretty lake views to relax on the porch. Free parking directly in front of the building. Surfside beach is just minutes away to enjoy the beautiful South Carolina coast and the white sandy beaches. Plan a fishing excursion at Garden City Pier. Take a dip in the community pool or hot tub. Of course, the proximity to Myrtle Beach means tons of attractions, shopping, restaurants, golf and nightlife.
INCLUDES:
- Access to outdoor pool and hot tub. Outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT heated.
- Free access to Mega Fitness Gym about 5 miles away
- High-quality towels and sheets (bring your own pool / beach towels)
- Free parking and free Wifi
- Fully equipped Kitchen
- Coffee maker
- Soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
- Laundry, dishwasher and dish washing detergents
- 1 roll of paper towel and 2 garbage bags in kitchen
