Our fully equipped holiday rental, located on the ground floor of a quiet three-family home, offers approximately 120 square metres of luxury living space, featuring 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious, open-concept living and dining area with an adjacent, separate, high-quality kitchen. From the living and kitchen area, you can step out onto the approximately 40-square-meter porch, which leads to the terrace and the pool area (4 x 8 metres). A separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board is also accessible from the terrace. The private garden and pool are exclusively for the guests of this holiday rental. Free parking is available in front of the holiday rental.<br><br>Wi-Fi is available year-round.<br>
