The contractors will begin repairs for the spalling repair project on Monday, July 6th:

• Beginning in the West building on floors 11, 10, and 9
• Focus will be on the unit balconies (not including slab edges - those will be completed at a later date)
• No unit access expected. Balcony access will be from the exterior staging on the West side of the building
• Expected duration of this phase of repairs is approximately 3 weeks (weather dependent)
