The Neighborhood:

Set in a historic industrial section where Georgian mansions mingle with 1970s buildings, this family friendly neighbourhood attracts plenty of visitors to the more than 200 food stalls of the St. Lawrence Market. Hip crowds head to the vibrant restaurants, bars and cafes on Front Street East. The St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts and the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts offer live theatre and cultural events.



Getting Around:

Within walking distance of many major attractions and public transportation (TTC), located steps from the building runs in all directions. Streetcars/buses run frequently, and City Bixi bike rentals are available.



Other Things to Note:

Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤My building requires that all short term rental properties equip a decibel monitoring device called NoiseAware. This device must remain plugged in at all times during your stay. It does not record video or audio, it only monitors the noise level in the unit and alerts me when the noise level in the unit exceeds 60db.



➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
