You will live in a fantastic location not far from the charming coastal town of Opatija on the east coast of the Istrian peninsula. The villa is designed for 8 people, who can enjoy nature, the view and life here together in a lot of peace and quiet. On the terrace, in the beautiful living room or in the dining area you will come together and eat, chat, play or read, depending on what you feel like.



You can sit back and look out over the rolling hills down to the sea. You'll be staying right near beaches, restaurants, and cafes, and you can quickly get to the beautiful seaside town of Opatija. Explore the surroundings on foot or by boat along the coast.

Sehr schönes großzügiges Haus mit Pool in guter Lage. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto und die Strecke zu den nächsten Städten ist sehr kurvenreich. Aber es lohnt sich. Jeden Morgen mit Blick aufs Meer. Toll. Ruhige Lage, sodass man frühmorgens und spätabends noch in den Pool gehen kann ohne jemanden zu stören. Küche ist ebenfalls perfekt ausgestattet. Klimaanlage funktioniert . Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssten repariert, nachgebessert werden (Türklinken, Türen schleifen, Licht auf Terrasse fehlt). Aber ansonsten SUPER!
