Only a 10min drive to the Fresno airport, 30min drive to Table Mountain Casino, 45min to Chuchanski Casino and within an hour to Shaver and Bass Lake. Clovis is an ideal place to stay as it's also within a two hour drive of three National State Parks.

I stayed at this property for 9 days. Very comfortable, clean and has washer,dryer, fridge, dishwasher and stove. It is a great location for shopping and near by stores. There is a nice outdoor area to hang out.There is a small park for children. Arlene is an excellent host, responsive and kind. She extended my stay for one night due to my own error. I will always hope to stay here in the future.

For transparency, this guest never stayed at our property. Unfortunately there was an issue with the reservation via the app where the booking was made and canceled without my knowledge. If I had known, I would have communicated and given the guest enough time to find another booking. I truly apologize for the inconvenience but don’t find it fair to rate a property that you did not stay at.
