Shop 50 m, restaurant, bar 20 m, bakery 50 m, café 20 m, pedestrian zone 10 m, pub garden 20 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station 1 km, ferry 1 km, sandy beach "Playa de les Marines" 700 m. Sports harbour, surf school, sailing school 400 m. Nearby attractions: Castillo de Dénia 750 m, Marqués de Campos 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

We appreciate your assessment for this place. Should guests find issues on arrival, it is important to notify the keyholder immediately. Towels and bedspreads can be replaced immediately. In any case, Housekeeping have been informed about being more careful in the future. Since this review. We have checked and cleaned the aircon unit. Now it works fine. We hope to restore your confidence in us again.

Estupendo, la ubicación ideal,se nota que está recién reformado, todo nuevo los muebles, la cocina ,el menaje, el baño, la única pega que tiene es que el aire acondicionado no enfría, tuvimos que pedir un ventilador, aun así , mucho calor, no tiene persianas, las cortinas muy claras y finas entra muchísimo sol desde que empieza a amanecer
