I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel reservation. The check-in process was extremely frustrating and poorly managed. The host was unhelpful, slow to respond, and did not provide clear instructions, which made the entire arrival stressful instead of smooth. To make matters worse, the listing advertised access to a pool, which was one of the main reasons I booked this place. However, upon arrival, I was told that I did not have access to the pool. This was never mentioned beforehand and felt very misleading. Overall, the lack of communication, disorganization during check-in, and false advertising made this stay not worth it. I would not recommend booking here unless these issues are addressed.
