Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
OUTSIDE: • Please pick up & discard of your pet's waste. • Put all trash in the bins outside, and move the bins to the street.
INSIDE: • Wash your dirty dishes, dry them, and put them away. • Leave used sheets on top of your bed. • Place used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor. • Set the air conditioner back to 76* F.
OTHER: • Close & Lock all windows, and shut all blinds. • DOORS: Lock the doors (front & back) on your way out. • Please message your host when you check-out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
QUIET HOURS: Start Time 10:00pm - End Time: 8:00am Do not leave the AC running while doors or windows are open (it can cause the HVAC to break).
Guests are responsible for any missing/ damaged items to the property, furniture, or decor during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
Only Flush Toilet Paper - nothing else! Guest will be held responsible for any damages, clogs, or flooding from not following this rule.
