Bring your family and friends and start your unforgettable vacation here! This newly renovated, family-friendly condo offers a spacious and comfortable setting with 3 full bedrooms plus a bunk room, and sofa bed, perfect for up to 10 guests to relax and unwind.
All 3 bedrooms feature KING beds with luxury mattresses. The bunk room includes a charming barn door for added character and privacy. The living room offers a comfortable queen-size sofa bed.
Enjoy 3 full bathrooms with both showers and bathtubs. The master bathroom features a 16" rain shower, perfect for recharging after a long day at the beach.
Relax in the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, recliner, 65" Smart TV, and plenty of USBs outlets.
The condo also includes a well-stocked kitchen, Smart TVs in all bedrooms, fast WiFi, dedicated workspace, and private large balcony with nightly lake light show.
Located on the 3rd floor and just across the street from the beach with private gated access. The gym is conveniently located on the 3rd and 4th floor, and the kids' pool is also nearby on the 4th floor.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Log out from your streaming accounts. Make sure all windows and doors are closed and secured. Consider loading your belongings the night before to avoid longer waits at the elevators.
Leave all wristbands on the kitchen island, take a picture showing all the bands, and send it through the app. There is a charge of $25 for each missing wristband.
We are not responsible for any items left behind. If any items are brought to our attention, we will let you know. You must pre-pay for shipping and the cost to send someone to the post office.

The condo was amazing clean plenty of room. The building that the condo is in elevators were not working the south parking garage does not have access to the third floor, which I was not happy about the front desk. Staff was not very helpful and then the walkway to the beach had stairs, so there’s no way for you to go down with wagons so that sucked really bad too overall not a terrible place but don’t go with children and don’t go with a lot of stuff.

I'm sorry some of the building logistics and beach access were frustrating during your stay. Information about parking and building access is included in the detailed check-in instructions sent a few days before arrival, and the listing also includes a photo of the beach access. While these aspects are managed by the resort and outside of my direct control, I understand they may not be ideal for everyone. Host was very quick, attentive, and responsive. Home is exactly like pictures. The kitchen is fully stocked. The location was perfect. They have shops and food spots on the ground floor. Close to everything and literally a walk to the beach. All pools were nice and clean. Also the mattresses are on the very very soft side, so a firm mattress topper for those who need the support.
