Welcome to cottage No. 12, in the vacation village ?Seepark Kirchheim? on the edge of village 1, above the road, on the south slope directly above the lake. From almost all rooms it offers a direct view of the lake.

You enter the house through a small hallway, with enough space for jackets, shoes and dog accessories. From here you enter the cozy living/dining area. The dining area seats 7 people - an existing baby chair can easily be added. The living area, decorated in light natural tones and sunny yellow, offers a large, cozy corner sofa. A fireplace and air conditioning always allow the right temperature. SAT-TV, W-LAN, music and board games provide entertainment.

Via 5 steps you reach the next floor. Here you will find the open kitchen with dishwasher, 4 hotplates, oven, coffee- and senseomachine, big fridge and enough dishes. Also on this floor are the toilet and the shower room. Directly adjacent is the first bedroom, the adventure room. Equipped with a bunk bed (80x200cm) and a bunk bed (90x200) it offers especially the younger guests a lot to discover such as: Railroad, Playmobil and our yakking worms.

Two further bedrooms with sloping ceilings can be reached via a spiral staircase on the 2nd floor. In the coastal room you will find two single beds (90x200) and in the family room a double bed (160X200). Here an additional baby bed (60x120cm) can be set up in a small alcove.
Through both bedrooms on the top floor you enter the balcony. A small seating area invites you to linger and enjoy the view over the lake.

In front of and next to the house is a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. In addition, there is a small lawn. Part of the area is enclosed with a fence (about 80cm). In a basement room is washing machine + dryer, as well as games and pads for outdoors. Bicycles can also be safely stored here.
The Ibras reservoir is about 50m away. To the house leads a level path past house 11, or a somewhat steep path directly from the upper parking lot.

The ?Seepark Kirchheim? is an open vacation home park in the Hessian mountains, about 4 km outside of Kirchheim. The lake offers a small lawn for sunbathing, the possibility to swim and a water ski facility (fee required). A circular path around the lake invites you to walk and jog.

For leisure activities there are many hiking trails through the Rotkäppchenland, bike paths, golfing in Oberaula, swimming pools in Kirchheim (outdoor pool) and in Bad Hersfeld (Aquafit + Kurbad Therme) and in winter skiing on the Eisenberg.

Eisenbach Castle, Wartburg Castle, Knüll Wildlife Park, Herzberg Castle, "Takka-Tukka-Land" and much more, invite you to make excursions.
